We offer free pickup for any order amount.  If your order total is $50 or more including tax we will deliver absolutely free to the Lexington area.  Outside of the Lexington area over 25 miles we charge a flat rate of $4.99 for delivery/shipping  with a $50 minimum order.  Orders outside of Lexington and within the 25 mile radius will need to contact us for shipping prices for orders that are not $50 or more.

   Over $50 minimum order $4.99 via UPS 2nd day.   Item will be received same day as shipped . We do not have box charges or heat/ice pack charges.  $4.99 is packed at your door in one day.

   Shipping Dates:   

       We normally ship animals on Tuesday or Wednesday after the order was placed and payment was received.  Orders that are placed after Monday at 3:00 pm can be subject to a delay until the next available shipping day. 

We  offer a live arrival on all of our livestock.  If you think that an animal is not alive or not going to live due to shipping before you open the shipping container or bag and take a picture and email it to customerservice@myaquariumfish.com  failing to do so hereby voids any entitlement to replacement or credit for purchase price.  You must provide photographic documentation of the animal in it's original container,  a picture of the container used for shipping, time item was received, and a written explanation of the reason for submission. E.g. deceased, lethargic et.al.  We reserve the right to void any warranty and retain discretion as to replacement of product or credit.  We do not give refunds on any livestock, and do not accept returns, all sales are final, No exceptions.  Shipping is the cost of the buyer and is non refundable, typically we will not extend refunds of shipping or reduce shipping rates on replacement orders.  All orders are subject to cancellation due to availability and inclement weather, orders will be processed  and shipped on the first available day.
